Is this project for-profit, charity, or a split of both?

This project will be 50/50 for charity and for profit! The charity we will be supporting will be announced at a later date.

What is the theme of the zine? Will the zine include pre-time skip, post-time skip, or AU content?

The zine will be Atsumu-centric with the theme of Atsumu’s growth throughout the years. Pre-time skip and post-time skip canonverse content is welcome. AU’s are also welcome with open arms.

What is the rating of the zine?

The zine will be rated PG-13 or GEN, which means all content will be SFW.

Will ships be allowed?

Ships will not be allowed, and all relationships portrayed in the zine will be depicted as platonic.

How will contributors be compensated?

All contributors will receive a physical and digital zine and merch bundle regardless of the project’s budget, along with an even split of any profits made after the profit has been split in half for charity. Shipping will also be covered if our budget permits it.

If the project does not make enough profit, we may ask contributors to cover the price of shipping for their bundle and stretch goals we meet only. Shipping will be approximately $9-$14 (USD) each and stretch goals will be at manufacturing cost.

NOTE RE MINORS: since we cannot send compensation via paypal to minors, you will need to have a parent or guardian contact us directly so they can receive any profit on your behalf, or alternatively you can opt to have your profit cut added to the charity pool.

How much will the zine cost?

These are some estimations we’ve made from our initial calculations (USD):

Digital Zine - $15
Physical Zine - $25
Physical Merch - $25-$40

What are the expectations of contributors?

Artists will contribute 2 pages of art total, either 2 single-page pieces or 1 piece covering 2 pages.

Mod Dodo is a mod for a number of near complete and ongoing zines in numerous positions. She's also been self-employed full-time or part-time for going on 9 years, so she is fluent in business management, finance handling, and dealing with manufacturers, packaging and shipping.

What is a stretch goal?

Stretch goals are FREE bonus merch items/upgrades you'll receive with your pre-order IF we hit the sales goals to unlock them.

Please see each Big Cartel listing for what bundles qualify for which stretch goals.

Where will you be shipping from?

All physical bundles will be shipped from the UK.

Are you shipping internationally?

Yes, we shipping worldwide.

How much will shipping cost?

UK orders: $6
Sent via: Royal Mail 1st class (1-3 days).
Sent via a 24h service or courier if tracking is added.

International orders
Full bundles: $15⭐
All other bundles: $13
Sent via: Royal Mail International Standard (2-12 weeks location dependent)

Tracking Upgrade: +$7⭐⭐

⭐International shipping for full zine bundles costs more due to the weight. Unfortunately, this much Atsumu love doesn't come lightly :u:

⭐⭐Tracking will get your bundle to you MUCH faster than standard.
We'd STRONGLY recommend a shipping upgrade due to higher loss rates:
Singapore, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia

We hate shipping just as much as you do, but it is, unfortunately, a necessary evil. We assure you it's absolutely worth it!

Are you open to international GO's?

Yes! Please see the "group orders (GO's)" section of this site for more info! If you tag our Twitter page, we'll boost your GO post.

We cannot accept responsibility for how a group order manager (GOM) handles a GO, but will try to help should a problem arise.

Can you combine orders with friends without ordering through a group order manager (GOM)?

Yes, you can! There is a flat rate combined shipping set up Big Cartel store to anywhere in the world. You can also run a group order of your own if you'd like. See the "Group Orders (GO's)" section of this site for more info!

If I order with a friend or in a group order(GO), will I still get all eligible stretch goals?

Yes you will! Each bundle within a GO will come with all eligible, unlocked stretch goals.

If I preorder during the 24 opening sale or earlier in pre-orders, will I miss the chance of other perks you might or might not announce during preorders?

No, ordering early will not impact your eligibility for perks we... might or might not have planned. |ω`)

Will you be running another sale during pre-orders?

No.

This zine is rated PG-13 and is unsuitable for anyone aged 13 or younger without a parent or guardians' approval. Contains Heavy swearing (as expected of an Atsumu-centric zine).We are not responsible for any import VAT charged at your countries borders.All bundles, tracked or not, are covered for loss or damage in transit. If your bundle is lost/damaged or is missing parts, please reach out as we can replace it free of charge.We cannot accept responsibility and will not be able to replace or refund bundles lost or damaged as a result of customer error or negligence (eg, providing an incorrect address, not notifying us of an address change, or leaving your bundle somewhere it can be damaged, intentionally or not). If a bundle is returned to sender due to addressing errors, you'll need to pay shipping again to have it sent to the correct address.

---How to submit a GO---

You'll need to provide us with the following info for EACH order in your GO:
FULL name
Address (optional) #
Type of bundle(s) being ordered and quantities of each bundle
PDF add-on y/n (see spreadsheet re PDF's)

# = Addresses are optional. If you don't include these, we'll write/print the full names provided on each package only. If you need to print your own shipping labels or are running your GO for IRL's only, it's up to you if you want to include them or not.

1. When you have the above info, please download and fill out THIS SPREADSHEET with all your GO info.
2. Submit it by emailing it to [email protected] OR via Twitter DM's (@miyaatsumuzine).

GO'S MUST BE SUBMITTED BY NO LATER THAN MARCH 4th!

PAYMENT

Payment for GOs will be collected via Paypal or Stripe (any major debit or credit card). We may be able to make alternative arrangements, but please reach out to us in advance to discuss.

We'll send you an invoice for the combined total with an estimated shipping price shortly after receiving the spreadsheet.

The final shipping invoice will be sent once we're ready to start shipping. Once shipped, we'll provide tracking info and an ETA.

Please note that all estimates are ranges. The shipping cost will depend on the GO contents (i.e. full bundles are heavier, but smaller bundles weigh less).

4+ bundles: 25-70% off depending on quantity. Tracking is included.

3-7 bundles: (approx) 15%-40% off. Tracking included.
8+ bundles: (approx) 20-60% off. Tracking included.

---ADDITIONAL INFO---

The courier has not yet been decided, but we'll most likely be using DPD (EU only), UPS, or DHL. Lighter GO's may be sent via Royal Mail tracked.
GO's will be covered for loss or damage in transit to the GOM. Please inspect each bundle and contact us if anything arrives damaged. We'll replace any bundles damaged in transit.
Bundles will be packaged individually with an address and/or name label.
